2 Chronicles 26

It’s January 26. Write a post in which the number 26 plays a role

I heard a sermon based on the story of King Uzziah, a King who was good and became bad, like King Asa. He got lost in his riches and lost his connection with God. He tried to connect in a physical way by burning incense in the Temple, which was forbidden. He was confronted by the priests of the Temple and got Leprosy. He was confined to a house separate from the palace until he died. He could no longer go to Temple and that was the worst part. The moral of the sermon was that Uzzaih had stopped praying and lost the connection with God.

He got proud and did not ask God for his Daily Bread anymore even though he was trained under a prophet as a young King.

There’s my “26”

Lunch today

Today again I had breakfast for lunch as I got up so late it was lunchtime. Cake and berries and strong coffee with milk. I have no dishes left. I need to get off my lazy rear end and do them. Dinner is the same but I will melt cheeze on tortillas. Oh wow. I wish someone would take me out to dinner then come home and wash my dishes and leave.

Apply yourself

Describe your last attempt to learn something that did not
come easily to you.

This was last year’s Feb 10th post.  Say hello to the Sleestaks.

I tried to learn Gregg Shorthand but was shorthanded by the perps.

I tried to learn flower arranging but it was arranged that I would never arrange flowers again.

I learned to crochet and cross stitch but was crossed by the perps.

I attempted knitting and was paid back by an attempt on my health.

Being a slave sucks.

Lunch Post

DP challenge is offering Lunch Posts.

I usually don’t eat lunch but it’s about that time. The sun is brightly shining in but the wind is cold. Clothes are flapping in the dryer in an endless cycle to their endless wearings and natural death.

The street is quiet. It is a holiday and it’s almost a ghost town out there. My cat is sleeping cuddling my sandal.

I wonder if there’s anything in my house I could actually eat for lunch.

Dinner is now 4 hours 40 minutes away.

One Special Reader

If you could have a guarantee that one, specific person was reading your blog, who would you want that person to be? Why? What do you want to say to them?

I’d want the one person who could help me get out of being gangstalked to see this blog and see it’s true and then help me. I’ve had enough.

If there is no such person I’d like to see the person who got me stalked in the first place read this blog and realize he has paid me back in full for whatever I did to him, whatever it was. I fear he would only want more to be done. I do not think he forgives.

So, then I’ll go with the first one. Who is the hero that would get me out of my hell? Could this hero free other ti’s as well? It would have to be a man or woman without fear because perps operate on fear.

Ripped From the Headlines

Indonesia’s Mount Sinabung Erupts, Leaving Damaged Towns Behind

A volcano, long dormant, has erupted again. The headline is above. Big volcanoes can cause cold weather because they spew stuff into the atmosphere. This big one has not erupted since the 1600s when there was a “little ice age” over Europe. So much for global warming.

Last year, the trees waited until the middle of May to start leafing.

Take that Al Gore.

The circle is always closed

Daily Prompt: Tell us about the experience of being outside, looking in — however you’d like to interpret that.

I guess I could regale you with my whole loser existence pre and post targetting, but, it would just look like a self pitying rant.  Suffice it to say in nearly 50 years I have never felt like I belonged.

I chose that photo because it looks like some of the walks I took in Winter past trains and dead weeds and scraps of old snow.
